Who We Are
My name is Ted Douglass and I started A Classic Expression in 2005 at Lancaster Fair. It was by accident but none the less it was the beginning of something exciting.
I have done horse shows all over New Hampshire and Maine and recently I have been signed to shoot several shows in Massachusetts.
Morgans, Saddlebreds, Arabians, Freisens and Quarter Horses; It doesn't matter. I've done them all. They have different charactoristics and personalities and must be photographed differently, but that makes them special.
My wife Sue and I have been in the horse business together since 1972. As trainers our horses have shown all over New England, in Kentucky and many other states.
This experience has given me insight into the horse world that has proven to be very beneficial and it reflects in my ability to capture horses with their best foot forward.
